The device can be designed in such a way that the loop 10 is formed by an unclosed tape 9 of elastic material (Fig. 4), the ends of which are fixed on two rollers 3 and 4, kinematically associated with the drive (not shown). The loop 10 of elastic material can be formed using a single roller 24, and the ends of the tape are interconnected (Fig. 10) or attached along a roller forming a surface (Fig. 11 The main rollers 3 and 4 can be provided with protrusions 25 and 26 placed on the ends of the rollers (Fig. 12), as well as an additional protrusion 27 in the middle (Fig. 13). Each of the protrusions may be formed by a set of disks 28 with elastic rims (Fig. 14). Moreover, the protrusions are movable with the possibility of their fixation. The protrusions 25, 26 and 27 when they interact with the tape 9 form on the surface of the loop 10 convexity 29. The device works as follows. To change the shape, size of the loop 10, the additional roller 6 is moved along the guides 11 (Fig. 2) or one of the main rollers 4 (Fig. 5 and 6). The presence on the surface of the loop 10 of the protuberances 29 allows the patient to be reliably held in the device, and the position of the protuberances 29 can be changed by moving the protrusions 25, 26 to 21 along the rollers. The patient is rolled over in loop 10 by moving the belt 9, which is driven by rollers kinematically connected with the drive. Tape 9, forming a loop 10, may consist of sections of different structure, for the implementation of mechanotherapy, sanitization, and prevention of bedsores. Thus, the design of the proposed device allows the patient to move to different positions, which expands the area of its use and increases the therapeutic effect.
